Divide and Quantum is a free learning platform. Using it means agreeing to what is below. It is deliberately short, because there is not much to it: the site costs nothing, sells nothing, and asks little of you.
Signing in
Signing in is free and works through Google. Use an email address you actually control, and do not sign in on someone else's behalf. There is no account to delete: signing out leaves nothing behind, because nothing about you is stored. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that means.
Fair use
Read the material, learn from it, use the code in your own work. Do not scrape the site wholesale, hammer it with automated traffic, or try to get at content you are not signed in for. We can block access that does any of those, and we do not owe a warning first.
The content
The explainers, lessons, and code samples are ours. Read them, learn from them, use the code in your own work. Do not republish them wholesale as your own. Everything is written to be correct and is checked before it ships, but it is educational material, not professional advice, and it comes with no guarantee of fitness for anything in particular.
Availability
This is a small independent site. It may go down, change, or lose features without notice, and we do not promise it will always be here. We will not delete your data out of spite, but do not treat this as the only copy of anything you care about.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it, including anything that follows from an outage, a bug, or an error in the material.
Changes
If these terms change meaningfully, the date at the top changes and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after that means the new terms apply.
